The apartment in Encosta da Orada has 1 bedroom, is completely equipped and has been decorated with very good taste and quality furniture. The spacious living room has a view over the sea and the beautiful Algarve coast. It has a terrace with an appetising view, where you can enjoy the spectacular sunset.
The location could not be better, as all facilities are easily accessible on foot, as well as the beach and the historic centre of Albufeira. But at the same time you can enjoy the tranquillity of the residential area in which the apartment is inserted. The beaches of São Rafael, Galé and Salgados are just a few minutes' drive away. The Salgados golf courses are also just a few minutes away.
Municipal Tourist Tax
Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your reservation.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the comfortable south-side balcony and the cozy and green condo with a nice pool. The only downsides: The mattress of the bed could have been a bit softer and it took us asee more

The only downsides: The mattress of the bed could have been a bit softer and it took us a bit of getting used to not being allowed to throw toilet paper into the toilet. The mandatory use of a bidet could be a turn-off for some.
