Vila Ericeira is a magnificent house of high quality and refinement with a private swimming pool and is ideal for families with small children, because it is possible to install fencing on the pool. Vila Ericeira is a single-storey house with air conditioning in all rooms, has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and LCD TV. Vila Ericeira has a comfortable lounge with spacious areas, a sitting area with LCD TV, DVD, Bluetooth music player and internet, the dining room communicates directly with the outdoor dining area and has direct access to the swimming pool, garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, has direct access to the outdoor area and communicates with the dining area and terrace. Vila Ericeira is also equipped with air conditioning and quality furnishings to provide you with an excellent holiday. Vila Ericeira is located within a Resort designed to offer you a unique atmosphere, and just a few minutes from Rua da Oura and the centre of Albufeira. The beautiful beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura are approximately 20 minutes' walk away or a short drive away.
Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid directly to the Municipal Council a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited at this property.

To ensure that the pool and garden are maintained in the best condition, periodic maintenance may be carried out during your stay. Technicians may briefly access only the outdoor areas of the property to carry out this work. No access to the interior of the accommodation will be necessary.

Perfect location - Aldi only a 10 minute walk. Not far from the beach, new town or old town. Staff very accommodating. Quick to reply if you need anything. Villa was in perfect condition when we arrived. Everything you need there. 100% recommend! Wousee more

A internet, o sinal é fraco. Avisar o Sr. que faz a manutenção da piscina que deve tocar à campainha e não entrar sem avisar (aconteceu por duas vezes)
